Master of Design
My design works merge memory on the people, cultural myths of my childhood, visual portrait of public psychology and imagination of social humanities. Working from social issues to family research gives me an opportunity to do an in-depth analysis and to profile people and thought. I’ve always been interested in the minorities, which led me to nontraditional and abstract poster design, rendered with weak colour, pattern and details. I love emotional empathy. Putting myself in the target minorities’ shoes (such as, acquired blindness, people with superstitious belief) was a way for me to understand their thoughts and situation in order that I adopt empathy and synthetic metaphor in every design. I hope to arouse the philosopher within the reader and to get them thinking instead of me dictating how they should interpret my work.
